Late for my Weigh In

Current Weight: 223.0
Total Weight Lost: 6.8

Biggest Challenge: Keeping my act together during Homecoming weekend, but I was able to do that.  I'm down 0.6 lbs from last week.

Favorite Meals: Salmon, corn and these garlic parmesan knots that I made!

What I'm Most Proud Of: I'm most proud that 10 weeks in and I'm still losing.  I haven't given up on the program and I'm really making an effort to stick with it.

Goals for the Week: Same as every week...GYM!
