Total Weight Lost: 6.4 lbs
Biggest Challenge: Recording what I ate was definitely the biggest challenge of the week. I had such a hard end to my work week and I didn't care about tracking...or what I ate for that matter. I was able to turn my attitude around on Saturday which propelled me to finish strong!
Favorite Meals: Although there was a lack of tracking and I had a whirlwind of a week, a simple sandwich and homemade chips were my favorite meal. I had turkey on focaccia bread with fontina cheese, dijon mustard and tomato basil mayo. And of course I had the my staple sandwich veggies - the leafy dark lettuce, tomatoes and onions.
What I'm Most Proud Of: I lost 4 lbs despite having a rough start. I was able to get myself to increase physical activity by spending 1 hr 45 min. in the gym on Saturday, and about 1 hr 30 min. salsa dancing on Monday at work.
Goals for the Week: Continue to drink water, go to the gym, and to recognize when I'm full or hungry. I want to keep the 4 lbs off and not go fall off track because I had a big week at the scale. Lastly, I want to plan my meals better so I'm saving money and getting all the nutrients that I need!
