So the topic of the Weight Watchers meeting that I went to was about have a day without meat and finding alternate ways of getting your daily protein. In Grad school they did meatless Monday's and I'm looking to bring that into my life. I was able to start today by mere accident. I skipped lunch and only had an apple for breakfast. For dinner I decided to go to the new Japanese restaurant called Yamato for some sushi. This is what I got:
California Roll & Eel and Avocado Roll
The place was packed! The California roll...I don't recommend, but the eel and avocado roll was delicious!
