Weight In Wednesday

Current Weight: 223.6
Total Weight Lost: 6.2 lbs

Biggest Challenge: Recording what I ate was definitely the biggest challenge of the week yet again.  This week I've made a vow to my meeting leaders to track this week and I have to share my tracker at the next weigh in!  Wish me luck.

Favorite Meals: Baked Tilapia, Baked Potato, and homemade roasted tomatoes.  The best tomatoes I've ever eaten!

What I'm Most Proud Of: Although I didn't track this week I only had a gain of 0.2 lbs.  This means that I was able to achieve last weeks goal of keeping the 4lbs off.  

Goals for the Week: Track, cook more and go to the gym!

    The hardest part is staying focus on the gym but once you start losing lots it makes it motivating to go.
