Weigh In Wednesday: Week 3

Current Weight: 227.4
Total Weight Lost: 2.4 lbs

Biggest Challenge: Not eating, not recording it when I do, and not going to the gym.  Another week without physical activity.

Favorite Meals: Baked tilapia, with a backed potato.  I was so full from this and it was the healthiest thing that I got to eat all week.

What I'm Most Proud Of:  I still managed to lose something despite having a bad week.

Goals for the Week: Break bad habits and don't eat my emotions!
