Weigh In Wednesday: Week 2

Today ends week 2, and it's now time for me to weigh in!  Here are there results of the week:

Current Weight: 227.8
Total Weight Lost: 2 lbs

Biggest Challenge: Eating out and not hitting the gym.  Sadly I didn't do any physical activityy this week.

Favorite Meals: Baked potato with cheese, sour cream and bacon and a 1/2 order of Oriental Shrimp Salad from Applebee's.  And lets not forget I split dessert - cookies and ice cream!

What I'm Most Proud Of:  I didn't go crazy over the holiday weekend although I dined out for all my meals.

Goals for the Week: I need to exercise and plan my meals.
